Indepth were awarded the entire groundworks package for an exclusive 58 apartment development in the heart of the market town of Wetherby.

This project was challenging due to having to often work in restricted as well as confined spaces and in and around other trades on the development.

The project consisted of the following elements:

• Enabling works to the site
• Earthworks
• Concrete footings and reinforced concrete structures including base for the tower crane
• Drainage both within the site and connections into the highway
• All ductwork for electric, gas, water, CCTV and the fire mains
• Highway works to create a new access
• Hard landscaping to flagged areas and the tarmacking of the car park
• Soft landscaping to the lawned areas and flower beds
• The works were carried out to programme, budget and with no health and safety issues.
